Out of respect for the environment and to conserve resources, we consciously refrain from offering free returns. This allows us to ensure the quality, variety, and fair prices of our products in the long term.

If you are not satisfied, you can of course return the item within 14 days. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note the following points:

Return shipping is at your own expense

- All products must be returned complete, undamaged, and carefully packaged in one package.

- Returns must be registered in advance via our customer service contact form, and the tracking number must be provided.
