We are so confident in our concept and firmly believe that our gift boxes will delight you just as much, and hopefully, returning them won't even be an issue for you.

Out of respect for the environment and to conserve resources, we consciously forgo free returns. This allows us to safeguard the quality, variety, and fair prices of our products in the long term.

If you're still not satisfied, you can, of course, return the product. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please note the following points:

- Returns are at your own expense

- All products must be returned complete, undamaged and carefully packaged, and in one parcel

- The return must be registered in advance via our customer service contact form and the tracking number must be reported
