What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The delivery service will attempt to redeliver the package or leave a pickup notice so you can pick up the package from a local pickup point.

Can you deliver to packing stations?

Yes, we also deliver to parcel stations. Please provide the relevant information when placing your order.

Am I entitled to a free return?

We don't offer free returns because we offer many beautiful gifts at low prices! Please understand, as this allows us to maintain the quality and variety of our products, while also protecting the environment and conserving resources.

If your expectations are not met, you can of course return the goods to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that all products are returned together, complete and carefully packaged.
